I fell in love with the pictures, but upon walking in I felt the pictures didn’t do it justice. So warm, welcoming, and cozy! It was the perfect spot for a few nights away. Great property while still being central in town. It felt like a little slice of heaven. No complaints, great host and beautiful home. I plan to come back again and bring my whole family.

We visited Abe’s Hideaway as a Dance Team for a state competition. It was the perfect place to sit down relax and enjoy time with the team. The space was super accommodating and fit our team comfortably. Was a perfect way to end our season!

Instructions were clear and made the house easy to find and where to park. Amenities were just as described. We loved the hot tub and the character of the house. Would definetly stay here again. wonderful accomodations for our family to meet and spend time together. The kids loved the gaming nook and bunk beds.

The Rose house was the perfect place for a family gathering to celebrate a new baby to the family. Everyone that came was so delighted with the home. It was cozy and beautiful!

This is our second time visiting Elizabeth’s house. It is a lovely old home that has been carefully restored and updated. We love the bunk beds for the kids, the old-school NES system, and the brand new hot tub.

We chose this location because it was a halfway meeting point for my son and his family (Grand Rapids MI) and my family (Branson MO). We loved the layout of the house. The girls loved the playroom. My favorite area was the reading nook. The Christmas tree added to the holiday atmosphere. Thank you for the wonderful memories made!

What a great stay! Plenty of space for everyone. The video game room, movie room, and garage with a pool table and ping pong table were huge hits. The hiding spaces under the stairs were perfect for the little ones. Check-in was a breeze. Communication with Elizabeth was simple. If this house is available, don't hesitate to book it!

We had the most incredible Christmas stay at Abe’s Hideaway. The home is warm, beautiful, and thoughtfully designed for relaxing and reconnecting. We spent our days playing games, soaking in the hot tub, and enjoying the peaceful setting — including deer wandering through the property, which was magical.
Elizabeth is an exceptional host. Every detail was covered, and you can feel the care she puts into making guests feel welcomed and comfortable. It truly felt like a home, not just a rental.
If you’re looking for a cozy, memorable getaway where you can slow down and make real memories, Abe’s Hideaway is it. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a special place to unwind.

we were passing by and it was a quick stay booked less than 24hrs we didn't get to enjoy all the cool stuff and games but we enjoyed our beds and showers and jaccuzii was amazing thank you so much!!!! also my kids played under the hiding places
